Brittany Diaz will be focused on the multifamily division and assist with the day-to-day operations and the long-term performance of the 4,700-unit portfolio in Southern California and Texas.
Mrs. Diaz attended CSULB prior to entering the field of Property Management in 2012. Her role as a Community Manager the past 5 years led her to continue in the field on a new level working in Asset Management at Waterford. In her free time, Mrs. Diaz enjoys volunteering every summer at a leadership basketball camp for underprivileged youth and hosting events for her family and friends. She currently resides in Buena Park, CA with her husband and two children.
