2 - Evaluation
Waterford utilizes its strong market knowledge to underwrite whether opportunities will generate our investors required returns from both a near and long-term perspective.
3 - Business Plan
Waterford creates a unique business plan for each project based on its strong expertise in developing and operating real estate assets to tailor a plan to ensure the project hits all its goals.
4 - Capitalization
Waterford acts as the Operator/Developer/Project Administrator in partnership with institutional and private investors to acquire its projects and takes the lead on running all required due diligence items.
5 - Asset Management
Waterford works diligently to drive the business plan forward after acquisition, and prides itself on having a consistent hands on asset management approach to each project through its leadership team and strategic partners.
6 - Stabilization
Waterford constantly evaluates with its investment partners the optimal timing and structure to either sell an asset or hold for the long term, based on projected returns and overall investment goals.
