COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES

As a partner with Waterford Property Company, Yashaar Amin brings over 15 years of broad-based real estate experience encompassing all aspects of real estate investment management and operations.

DEVELOPMENT

As Director of Development, Oren Hillel oversees the company’s real estate development strategies, focused on spearheading ground-up development projects, both market-rate and affordable housing.

ASSET MANAGEMENT

Phil Christian is responsible for the growth strategy and business plan implementation of Waterford Property Company’s Residential portfolio.

CONTROLLER

Jeremy Borden is responsible for overseeing the firm’s accounting operations and financial reporting.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

As a Senior Accountant, Joyce Yao is responsible for assisting Waterford’s accounting operations. Prior to joining Waterford, Mrs. Yao was a Financial Analysis Manager at Anthem Inc.

OFFICE MANAGER & INVESTOR RELATIONS

Virginie Norwood is the Office Manager at Waterford Property Company. She provides high-level administrative support to the team and manages office operations.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Christina is an Executive Assistant at Waterford Property Company. She brings exceptional organizational skills and superb professionalism.

ASSET MANAGEMENT

Thomas Mays is responsible for supporting Waterford’s asset management and acquisitions team with effective operational management, property performance reporting and analysis, and due diligence activities.

DATA ANALYST

Owen Thurman is responsible for leading Waterford’s data analytics platform and automation systems.

GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS

As Director of Governmental Affairs Aaron Fanwick oversees the company’s real estate Government relations strategies, focused on initiating ground-up development projects, both market-rate and affordable housing.

ACQUISITIONS

As an analyst, Nate Hall is primarily responsible for assisting Waterford’s acquisitions team through underwriting potential investment opportunities and conducting due diligence for its expansion into Texas.

MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Brittany Diaz will be focused on the multifamily division and assist with the day-to-day operations and the long-term performance of the 4,700-unit portfolio in Southern California and Texas.

ASSOCIATE

As an Associate, Alicia Muller is responsible for assisting Waterford’s acquisitions and development teams through underwriting potential opportunities, conducting market analysis, due diligence, and capital relations.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Lisseth Kwok serves as Senior Accountant for Waterford, overseeing the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting.

Ethen Sanchez is an Associate on the Asset Management team, where he supports the implementation of property business plans and the operational management of Waterford Property Company’s residential portfolio.
