As an Associate, Nate Hall is primarily responsible for assisting Waterford’s acquisitions team through underwriting potential investment opportunities and conducting due diligence for its expansion into Texas. Mr. Hall joins Waterford after a four-year career as a linebacker in the NFL where he had stints with teams including the Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans.
Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Learning & Organizational Change and Business Institutions from the Northwestern University School of Education and Social Policy. He went on to earn his Master of Science in Management Studies from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. In his free time, Mr. Hall enjoys golfing and riding his motorcycle through the canyons.
