SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Lisseth Kwok serves as Senior Accountant for Waterford, overseeing the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting. She brings extensive real estate accounting experience from her previous roles at LBA Realty and The Irvine Company. During her time at The Irvine Company, Lisseth managed accounting operations related to Property Damage, Pollution Insurance, and Utility processes across the entire portfolio. She led system enhancements in SAP and Riskonnect, introduced automation initiatives to drive efficiency, and helped recover millions of dollars through insurance claims. Mrs. Kwok is known for her collaborative and solutions-driven approach. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tampa and lives in Irvine with her family. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and actively supporting her community and church through volunteer work.
