Owen Thurman is responsible for leading Waterford’s data analytics platform and automation systems. Mr. Thurman brings four years of experience in commercial real estate working for Thurman Property Company, and experience in data analytics from his work with the precision aerospace manufacturer, Anillo Industries. Mr. Thurman earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Chapman University’s Argyros School of Business, where he majored in Business Finance and Data Analytics. During his time at Chapman, Mr. Thurman participated in the portfolio management program. Alongside the team, he was responsible for the research and allocation of the University’s $3.5 million investment portfolio. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, rock climbing, running, and hiking.
