The Escondido portfolio (Rowan, Alcove, and Haven 76) are located in the city of Escondido, CA. The 2018-2020 Built projects were developed by Lyon Living and Waterford Property Company partnered with CSCDA to acquire the portfolio of assets in December of 2021. The project was acquired using CSCDA’s Workforce Housing program where long term tax exempt financing is raised from major Institutional Bond Investors to acquire the portfolio. The Bonds were also designated as Social Bonds by Sustainalytics due to the Societal benefits of the Bonds and meeting their specific Social Bond criteria.
