As Development Manager, Will McNulty plays an integral role in advancing Waterford’s ground-up development projects across California. He oversees key phases of the development lifecycle including entitlements, permitting, financing support, and construction execution. Will manages consultant teams, scopes of work, project budgets, and schedules, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met throughout fast paced and complex development processes.
Prior to joining Waterford, Mr. McNulty held development and project management roles at Bothwell Co, StreetLights Residential, and Westmont Construction. His experience spans luxury multifamily, senior living, and adaptive reuse, giving him a strong foundation in coordinating technical design, municipal approvals, and on-site execution.
Mr. McNulty earned his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California and holds a bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. A San Diego native and former ocean lifeguard, he is an avid surfer, skier, and outdoors enthusiast who resides in El Segundo.
